Nice large Ace store with good customer attention and excellent selection. Extremely responsive to problem solving. I had an issue with an exchange and the owner personally reached out to me to correct my issue. You wouldn't find that type of attention at a big box store.
So this place needs training in customer service. Nobody asked if I needed help. 2 guys saw me twice as they walked together from the front of the store to the back , one of them makes eye contact but that was it. Never asked me if I need any help. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! At least they had what I was looking for. I forgot the cashier talked to me.
This is a great hardware store! The staff is consistently so helpful. I typically walk in and am greeted by someone. I then often ask that person for help in finding what I am looking for, and I appreciate how eager to assist the workers are. We will continue to shop here regularly.
Handy in jam. But the prices are astronomical in comparison to other hardware stores. Service was great however.
It's just like every other local Ace hardware store. Friendly staff but obviously doesn't have as many things as a home Depot would but certain specialty items that home Depot wouldn't so call ahead and ask:)
They, are friendly helpful and quick. Always get what I need and if you need some help the staff there is always ready to lend you some help

Well kept. Good selection for the size of the store. Prices are a little higher but not unreasonably so considering the convenience. Staff is friendly.
